§ 1 Scope
(1) These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of:

(2) A consumer within the meaning of these T&C is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
(3) A business within the meaning of these T&C is any natural or legal person or legal partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 14 BGB).
(4) Conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing.
(5) The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) The purchase contract is only concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
§ 3 Storage of Contract Text
(1) We store the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms and Conditions by email.
(2) You can view your past orders in your customer account at:

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are final prices and include applicable statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices. These will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
(3) Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
§ 5 Delivery
(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
(2) Delivery times are specified in the respective product offer.
(3) If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) For businesses, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery.
(3) For consumers, the statutory limitation periods apply.
§ 8 Liability
(1) We shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
(2) For other damages, we shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
§ 9 Contract Language
The contract language is German.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 11 Final Provisions
(1) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction shall be Hamburg, Germany.
